Ive been on HRT for 3 years now and its given me a new lease of life, i know so called experts say it CAN be dangerous due to breast cancer butim of the opinion that im LIVING NOW and will deal with that IF it happens, i cant say whats good for you but it certainly helps me, my hot flushes have gone and im back to how i should be, thank god. good luck as its really horrible to have to go through it and would not want my symptoms back. Good luck.

I don't know what can help beyond using cooling sprays and wearing loose fitting closes. I had a problem myself a few years back due to some hormone treatment and it was frankly miserable. I could deal with the day time; it was night that made thinga awful, covers on, covers off for hours.
Boots the Chemist does a range of wipes, spray and cooling stick that are quite helpful, but only temporary.
Taking a preparation of chickweed can help keep the body cool but if you use it in winter you get too cool!
