I’m 44 and my periods are irregular. I have new hair growing around my hairline and bad headaches. Are these symptoms that menopause is starting?

  3. Yes you got it.. and its pre-menopausal. Your not classified as menopause until you don’t have a period for 1 full year.
Irregular cycles are a sign. Hot flashes are a big one, mood swings, irritability and insomnia.
Headaches?? well I don’t believe so, you should go see your doctor if they continue to often. Are you stressed or worried about anything?

Yes! My mom had similar symptoms a few years ago but they got worse. I was staying with her at the time and that’s what got me into learning about herbs, nutrition, and natural healing. I went back to college and got my Master’s in Human Nutrition at Bridgeport U. It also promoted me to take better care of my body (nutrition and physical fitness) as well as drink green and white tea daily and take supplements. When doing research I found a supplement for her to try (they had a free trial offer for two months I think – might still have it, not sure) and it helped her calm down and relax. Thankfully! haha
Oh, I found the website for the herbs.

A woman is menopausal after her periods have stopped for one year. Menopause typically occurs in a woman’s late forties to early fifties. It is a normal part of aging, marking the end of a woman’s reproductive years.More information and remedies at http://useinfo4.blogspot.com/

Besides these 2 symptoms, do you have other major symptoms like hot flashes, night sweat and etc?
Some medical experts will tell you that migraine headaches aren’t truly a symptom of menopause. Nevertheless, many women who have never experienced a migraine in their lives begin having them during perimenopause.
However they aren’t the only kind of headaches that seem to accompany perimenopause. In general, women report having more frequent and severe headaches during this time. These are usually simple stress or muscle tension headaches, and are often relieved by over-the-counter analgesics.

Large penis like growths will come out of your nipples.
