I have had movement in my stomach for over a month now. It doesn’t hurt just annoying. It feels like I’m carrying a baby, but I know that’s not possible. My stomach has become larger.

    Most likely it is just gas moving around in there. It could also be muscle spasms. Can you actually see the stomach move? If so, it is your muscles.
