When is a drug too risky to stay on the market?
The arthritis pill Vioxx was withdrawn but menopause hormones were not, even though both were tied to heart risks. A multiple sclerosis medicine was pulled and later allowed back on.

My wife had a very very difficult year when she went through it. She was unable to work much of the year due to severe hot flashes and other non-trivial medical issues. She absolutely could not sleep well. She told me that she could not imagine going through it with the schedule of President or VP.
I don’t know why I am asking tihs question since are we not allowed to bring up the fact that men and women are different biologically in this campaign.
