Has anyone undergone fake menopause treatment for endometriosis or something similar?

Has anyone undergone fake menopause treatment for endometriosis or something similar? — I was just diagonosed with endometriosis after having surgery. My options now are probably going to include going through a fake menopause-type treatment to get rid of the hormones in my body. I would like to know if anyone else has had experience with this or what their opinion is on the matter? I could also get on birth control but I am afraid this will maybe not be enough to save my ovaries from ever being able to have kids. I’m 27 and have not had children yet. Any opinions appreciated! My Doctor Is Giving Me Injections To Go Througth The Menopause Early To Try And Diagnose Endometriosis?

i am 32 years old and am suffering from lower abdominal pains. i have had an camera througth my stomach to look around and one to look at my bowels, and everything has come back normal. so now my doctor wants to give me injections for the next 3 months to make me go through the menopause to see if i am suffering from endometriosis. has anyone been through this before who could let me know how bad it is and if it is worth it.
