Gall Bladder Stones Have Any Connection With Menopause Period In Women?

It is further to elaborate in case a woman is detected to be having gall bladder stones through ultrasound (not having any complaint of pain etc) is it necessary to remove gall bladder? or only stones? If menopause period is over, is it likely to come to normalcy? can any doctor advise please.?
