My mother is going through the menopause and having phycotic mood swings, she dosent want hrt, what else can she do?

Has anyone undergone fake menopause treatment for endometriosis or something similar? — I was just diagonosed with endometriosis after having surgery. My options now are probably going to include going through a fake menopause-type treatment to get rid of the hormones in my body. I would like to know if anyone else has had experience with this or what their opinion is on the matter? I could also get on birth control but I am afraid this will maybe not be enough to save my ovaries from ever being able to have kids. I’m 27 and have not had children yet. Any opinions appreciated!
