I would like to inform women that this product by far is effective in reducing the hot flashes, night sweats and the mood swings. The AM portion will keep you in check with the mood swings, and those memory issues and the PM portion with in 30 minutes of taking it will keep you asleep. You do not wake up with any of the strange feelings from some products that you can try. I wanted to take something that was as close to natural as it could be and I can truly state I have it. If you have been looking for a product that works and does what it states it will do, this is it. I have been talking this for 2+ years and I make sure that I always have a full box before I take that last pill….I would not be without this product. I have informed several women of this product, they have personally thanked me for saving their marriages, their children offer a thank you for helping their Mom’s with the mood swings, and the husbands agree this is a great product and they make sure their spouse is not without it……

The product worked to minimize my hot flashes and night sweats, but I ended up with an unbelievable migraine as a side effect. I went to my doctor and he said that sometimes this happens to women who try to treat the menopausal symptoms with products that contain black cohash and soy. He said I could try to play with the dosage to see if I can get any benefit with a smaller amount of the product but my goal right now is to get rid of these awful headaches so I just stopped taking it. I may try again, every other day when the headache goes away completely.

I wanted a cheaper substitution for Remifemin so I tried Natrol Complete Balance, alas my hot flashes and night sweats returned with a vengeance.I am left with 2.5 months of a useless product. I have to go out and buy Remifemin because I cannot wait until I can have some delivered by Amazon.It may work for some people but sadly not for me.

I have been taking this for about 4 years, I have run out a couple of times and the hot flashes come back with a vengeance. I wouldn’t be without it.

Love this product — mood swings, night sweat and hot flashes disappeared! My husband knows when I missed a dose.
