I am 40 years old and have not had my period for 2 years also no gyno, I have suffered from hot flashes and mood changes extreme mood changes. I have not taken any type of birth control because they always make me sick and because I had my tubes tied at the age of 23. What in the world do I do?

    You need to see a GYN. There are blood tests that can confirm menopause. Also, there are meds that can help the symptoms if you can’t take hormones.
