Please give me some secrets on how to easily and quickly lose weight after menopause. My waist is getting so thick, I can’t stand it!

    do pilates,yoga and go for walks often…limit your intake of complex carbs and keep your lean protein intake moderate…eat lots of fruits and veggies too

  2. I’m sorry to tell you but its perfectly natural and extremely common to gain a bit of weight and a few inches around the middle at menopause. Its the body’s natural response to the loss of the girly hormones.

    after menopause, unfortunately a lot of things can happen:my mom was thin all her life, now she is putting on weight too.

    Take a walk around your neighborhood 2 times a day (1 hour each time) Limit your calorie intake by 200 calories.
