do pilates,yoga and go for walks often…limit your intake of complex carbs and keep your lean protein intake moderate…eat lots of fruits and veggies too
I’m sorry to tell you but its perfectly natural and extremely common to gain a bit of weight and a few inches around the middle at menopause. Its the body’s natural response to the loss of the girly hormones.
