The solution is multifaceted. One is medical solution of taking Hormones. But you should also change you mind set , attitude , Philosophy for life. Think differently. Now , you may enjoy sex differently than what you used to enjoy in early twenties. You may require long weekends with your partner in romantic mood to take you to relaxed , comfortable state where you can enjoy sex fully. Also now you know exactly how to extract pleasure either with your partner or with nice Vibrator as your understanding about clitoris , vaginal and G – Spot climaxes must be quite good, if not , learn how you can simulate all these zones – Then you understand exactly how to take you to climax point.
You need to do lot of introspection about what you like and dislike and discuss frankly with your partner. You would also have to ensure that you use lots of lubes and various devices of your choice to get your interests back in sex and ensure sex is not painful.

Try setting the mood with candles, bubble baths, or romantic evenings. Go on a date, get away for a weekend. Watch your wedding video or photos, meditate on the passion that you once had, remember how you first met. It’s never too late to start dating again. Pick up a copy of 1,001 Ways to Be Romantic. This book has lots of tips about bringing the romance back to a relationship.

    Yes, estrogen should help.
There are even natural estrogen compounds that can be prescribed.
Talk to your Dr. about it. If he/she is unreceptive, change Dr’s.
Don’t settle. You are too young to stop enjoying sex.

helpppp!!!!!! my lack of libido after menopause is ruining my marriage. My husband thinks that I am using this as an excuse. I try and I am ok as long as it doesn’t last too long but he wants the kind of sex we had in our youth. I am desperate to resolved this problem. I feel like a loser……So inadequate.
