I’m 51 and I think I’m past it except the “hot flashes” and I’m not sure if I even believe the whole hot flash thing. Any Post-Menopausal ladies out there?

Yeah, me. I’m 50 and my last period was three years ago.
Be glad you don’t get hot flashes. They are very real. I always had dreadful periods, but I’d take my period back in a second if it would just get rid of these damned hot flashes.
They’re bad enough in the winter. In the summer, they come like waves on the beach, one right after the other.
I talked to an eighty-year-old woman who still gets them. Kill me now…
