		<description>Yes, I have when I went on a birth control pill that was very low in estrogen.  I was very uncomfortable especially with the pain so my doctor gave me some Lidocaine gel to help that area.
It&#039;s also possible that this could be an indication of a hormone imbalance going on such as low estrogen levels.  Ask your doctor about the possibility of testing your hormone levels to see what&#039;s going on.</description>
