A co-worker has been complaining about beiong hot all the time lately, and she is usually the type that is cold even in the summer. She is 35, and wondering if she could be having menopause.

    35 is way too early for menopause, but it could be perimenopause (aka pre-menopause). There is helpful info in the link below.

    Actually at 35 ( and even younger) you can fall into what is called peri menopause, it is like pre menopause, I am 42 and I on occasion get hot flashes, but trust me it is not just getting hot! it comes from deep within and works it way out until you are red in the face and sweating. Thankfully I am still in the peri stage and it is quite possible your co-worker is too.

  3. My mom had her menopause at 50, it all depends from person to person. Signs? Little blood flow and you menstrate less frequently.
