From a biological viewpoint is there any reason to have sex if you can not have children. Have any women had an increase in sex drive after menopause

    Maintaining and nurturing your sexuality is important for your physical and emotional health. You shouldn’t expect to stop enjoying sex as you age.

    Biologically speaking no, but that does not mean once a women reaches the menopause that she cannot continue to have a good sex life if she so wishes. Many women find things improve with age.
